Model: Tapo C220
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.2

I am trying to connect the camera to Frigate via Onvif, but Frigate cannot connect to the camera. I have tested it with another application, and it works. However, Frigate can connect to the camera via RTSP.

On the other hand, I have another issue. I have the camera configured to 20fps, without any motion detection. Sometimes the video works fine, but other times the video stutters, freezes, or suddenly plays in fast-forward to catch up to the current time.
This happens both in Frigate and with the Tapo app. The camera is next to the router, and the RSSI signal is good (-24dB).

Frigate's FFMPEG throws many errors like this:

[segment @ 0x5cb08250dd40] Non-monotonous DTS in output stream 0:0; previous: 130911535, current: -254976; changing to 130911536. This may result in incorrect timestamps in the output file.

I just bought two cameras, I like Tapo, and I would like to know if I could resolve these issues so I don't have to return them.

Thank you and best regards.

It's a problem with FW version.

I bought two cameras.

The first one updated to 1.2.2 and Onvif is not working

The second one I desactivated automatic updates and it's on 1.1.13. This is working.

Please, I need a solution. I know there's a new firmware that you send to some people who is having problems with ONVIF.
