C510W wifi issue with firmware upgrade
I recently purchased two TP Link cameras - a C500 and a C510W. Both camera was working perfectly, i was able to connect both to my synology NAS surveillance center without a problem.
The C510W camera refreshed it's firmware, and since then it can only connect to the WiFi if it is near to the Router (maximum a few meters away). If t is more farther - like 5 meters - it does not connect to the wifi, the lamp on the camera does not turn green.
I tried a long electric cable for it, and i was able to connect the camera to the wifi from close range, then - without unplugging from electricity - i was able to install it back to its original place (around 01 meters from router witha wall between the router and the camera) and it remain attached to the wifi (wifi strenth is -69 (RSSI) ). But if i unplug it, i cannot connect it at the same location (this will be a big issue un case of an electric blackout). Even larger problem, that now, my synology survellance center cannot see it no matter what i do, how far the camera is from the router.
So it seems that this issue was caused by the firmware update. Can it be fixed (or downgrade the firmware to a previous version - now it is 1.3.1 Build 241111 Rel.29618n )?
My other camera - C500 - still works perfectly (with a WiFi strength of -66 (RSSI)), connected to my synology. /i disabled automatic firmware update to avoid the problem which happened with the other one).
