Hi!

 

I have been using NC450 and they work fine, but one issue that has always been there and never has been solved is this:

 

I watch the camera views through Agent DVR (first v. 3.x.x and now the latest) and this has been a problem in every Agent DVR version.

 

PTZ-control works  but when zooming in the software the connection somehow get lost. The view is still working, meaning that the video stream is working but I can not control it.
So I have to reboot it through TP-link web app, or Android app or by physically power it off/on.

 

Has anyone had the same experience?

Solutions?

Can I somehow reboot in Agent DVR.
