Hi, please help..

My tapo c510w is not working.. it's just slow blinking red.  I remove the camera from the app, reset the device, plug it off but it is still not working..

Cannot connect to wifi, cannot find the device, and most of all it is just blinking red slowly even after reset many times.. nothing happens..
