Tapo C520WS - Video freezes after 2 sec / Playback & Download

Hello everyone,
I'm experiencing a bizarre issue with my 4 cameras. All of them, connected via a mix of wired (3) and WiFi (1), suddenly started exhibiting the same problem:
- Using Tapo app,when I play videos under [Playback and Download] it starts for 1-2 seconds, then freeze for 2 seconds, then fast-forward to the end.
Here are the details:
- Camera model: [Tapo C520WS]
- Connection: 3 cameras via network cable to a network switch, then to the internet router; 1 camera via WiFi
- Internet: 50Mbps download, 20Mbps upload fiber to premise (stable, no changes)
- Firmware: Updated on all cameras
- I use Tapo care saving on the could not on SD card for all of the cameras.
- Recording at 2K quality
- Restarted cameras, switch, and router multiple times
Interestingly, about 2 out of 10 videos download normally, while the rest exhibit the issue.
The cameras were working fine for at least 2 months before this sudden issue arose. I've tried troubleshooting, but I'm stumped.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
I have sent firmware(1.2.10 Build 241218 Rel.40720n) to one of the Tapo C520WS, please update the firmware via the Tapo app and check if it helps.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information about the reported issue.
1. What's the model number of your router?
2. Please send me(@Solla-topee) your camera's MAC address via a private message.
3. If you download a video from our cloud server, do you have the same issue when watching it?
4. Please try to factory reset a camera, enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, reconfigure the camera with a different phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and check if the problem remains.

1 - Router model : NetcommWireless NF18ACV
2 - I will send the MAC addresses via private message
3 - The issue is still there even when I download the video from the cloud.
4 - I will try all what you recommend and let you know how it goes.

The firmware update (1.2.10 Build 241218 Rel.40720n) worked its magic, the camera that got updated with it is now running smoothly - no more lagging or freezing, unlike the other cameras still having the issue in their videos

How can i get this firmware build sent to the other 3 cameras ?
