I cannot have access to my home camera when not connected to my house's wifi. Whenever I'm connected to the house wifi, I have full access to the image, but when I'm not home, not connected to the same wifi as the camera I cannot get access to the image. What can I do to solve the issue? Are there any settings I need to update?

If you have a problem to remote controlling your camera, please refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
 

If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
   1. The LED status on the camera.
   2. Send me(@Solla-topee) "Forum ID 738832+the camera's MAC address" via a private message.
   3. Try to factory reset the camera, enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, reconfigure the camera with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and check if you can control the camera remotely.
