Two of my Tapo C200 Camera suddenly can only be accessed locally

Model: Tapo C200

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.3.16

I have 4 Tapo Cameras. Two C200's v1 and two C210's v2.0.

The C210's are working fine. Latest firmware at 1.4.4.

But the two C200's suddenly can only be accessed locally. I can only see them when I am at home. I can not see them when I am using my data. I don't think it's a wifi problem because the C210's are working fine. C200's say it has updated to the latest firmware at 1.3.16.

So is it an old model problem? I don't have much use for a CCTV that I can't access when I'm not at home.

Hi,
It's not an old model problem. In this case, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?

Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. The LED status on the Tapo C200.

2. Send me(@Solla-topee) the C200's MAC address via a private message.

3. Try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the Tapo C200, reconfigure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and check if you can control it remotely after configuring it.
