camera stopped working after a couple of days
I need help with my C320WS it has stopped working after a couple days, light was red and when I unplugged and plug it again it didn't work anymore, light wasn't even on. I tried the other adaptor and still didn't work.

Hi,
1. Can you power on the camera with the original adapter that comes with the camera? Have you tried connecting the power adapter to other power sockets?
2. Please press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds, then check if the system LED on the camera will turn on.
If not, you can contact the retailer or the local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
