Replacement C420 does the same thing again, lights red no reset

Bought a kit a year ago with two C420 cameras, and a hub. One camera is fine so far, one broke, after a few short months, only stayed red, no reset. The bad one was replaced RMA. The replacement camera worked fine for a few weeks then died, will not reset. only red. Will nort reset and connect to hub. No clue what the hardware firmware versions are. it is no longer online to read it. Another RMA ????

Is the camera solid red or blinking red? Or blinking red once a minute? If it is the latter, please charge the battery.
Try to remove the SD card and reboot the camera (reinstall the battery), then do the reset again.
There's not much we can do if the camera won't reset. You may contact the local support team to proceed with the warranty.

You mentioned rain, is it because you noticed any signs of water ingress on the camera or the power port?
I'm sorry that your device malfunctioned again. Based on the symptoms, it seems that a replacement may be necessary. I recommend continuing to report this to the support team.

@retiredat44 thanx,, I am going through hell with health and cancer and am not looking forward to the long interrogation about the broken camera.. I have to tel my wife that I have to spend more again... I am looking at the Blink cameras. One of the Tapo's still work, outside, and the hub. my Arlos working good.. but was hoping Tapo was the ones for my gate and road, driveway... I bet wrong..
