let me site on the incident
on March 2021 there was crime of theft happened in my neighbour,
after the first incident report was filled, investigating officer found out that our camera was recording the gate of the building ,
so he came and asked for footage for 2 days,
Officer found two culprits , one of them was the mastermind who has located the object at 10 am and around 7 to 8 pm other guy came and took it away.

- if this feature was not there then we had to climb on the wall using ladder open the bottom plate protecting card and give them the whole card [ which they might not even return ].
- OUTDOOR camera's should have this feature as often we install it on those place where we can't reach easily and have better monitoring.

the C210 I have is installed on 12 feet height and the power wire is routed through the wall, with out ladder and another person's help we can't reach it.
a ONVIF API support to download the recordings will also help us.
