Hello,

Hoping some can provide insight.  I'm getting audio 'noise' or feedback on the cameras speaker when the camera feedback is viewed through the Amazon Alexa echo device, only this specific cam, does not occur on my other c325wb.

Hi,
Please check the following information regarding the reported issue.

    1. Make sure that there are no obstructions covering the microphone and speaker openings on the camera.
    2. Ensure the camera is positioned to allow clear and unobstructed sound reception. Avoid placing it in enclosed spaces or near surfaces that may reflect sound.
    3. Do you have the same issue when watching the camera on the Tapo app?
    4. If your Alexa device is positioned near the camera, please move the Alexa device away from the camera, preferably to a different room, and check if the problem remains.

Best Regards
