Model: TC70
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: Version:1.4.0 Build 241212 Rel.39881n

Have a TC70 camera setup on bedroom windowsill looking outside, overlooking front of house parking area.

Woke up to the camera movement noises at around 5am.

Opened the app to find camera position had moved to the right. Movement stopped when I viewed the camera on the app.

Motion tracking has been turned off since installation over a year ago. Auto scheduled reset has also been off since installation.

Is it possible camera was hacked?

I read in another post that a firmware update can cause camera to reset and move, but there is no way to know when firmware was last updated?

2FA on and only my device listed in the trusted device section.

  @Zac25

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot the reported issue.
What Can I Do if My Pan & Tilt Camera Rotates Automatically?

The new firmware(v1.4.0) for the TC70 is being released gradually now, it may be the camera updated the firmware and then rotated automatically.

Best Regards
