HS 220 dimmer switch installed correctly and switch has power...the light works with a regular switch prior to install of the smart switch. The light does not turn on with the app or the physical switch. I bought the three pack and installed two of them and both switches are not turning lights on. There is only one live wire, neutral and ground in each box and each controlling their own light. I have the live wire installed on the line screw and the neutrals/grounds are all connected. The switch functions with the app but does not turn on the light. I have these switches controlling Artika Altitude LED lights.

Where is the load wire of your lights? Load wire is that wire that feeds power directly to the controlled appliance.

 

Make sure to distinguish the load, line/live, neutral, and ground wires. Then check here for the installation guide for the HS220 smart switch.
