I am not getting entries in my iPhone's notification center from Tapo. I have notifications turned in in the Tapo app; and I the Notications section for the iphone I have "allow notifications" from the Tapo app turned on. But no notifications or alerts result, even when I talk back and forth in front of the camera. What am I missing? many thanks,

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What to do if I can't receive notifications with the Tapo Cam or have a delayed notification

Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. Send me the pictures of the camera's Device Settings > Detection page and the Notifications page.
2. Check if you have received notifications on the Tapo app > Home tab > Bell icon > your camera page.
3. Please confirm the troubleshooting you did and the results.
