Hello, I have installed the tapo door sensor but as soon as I click on the sensor in the app the app crashes immediately and boots out. I have deleted and reinstalled the device. All other tapo doorbell, plugs etc work fine.
Is there a known problem?

Do you use an Android or an iPhone? What's the version of your Tapo app?
Try to delete and reinstall the app. Test if the problem occurs on another phone or tablet.
To contact local TP-Link support, click here and choose hotline, email (recommended), or online chat service. For such app-related issues, please submit an app log in the app when contacting support for further problem analysis, preferably after reproducing the problem.
