Historical videos
How can I access videos from last year? They only seem to go back a month. They used to go back further.

Hi,
If you have subscribed to the Tapo Care service, the video clips uploaded to our cloud server can be stored for up to 7/30 days(based on the subscribed Tapo Care plan). Then they will be deleted automatically and can't be recovered.
If you can see the video clips stored for more than 30 days, it may be you have stored the video clips on the camera's inserted SD card. You can refer to the instructions below to watch/find the camera video clips on the Tapo app.
Where can I find detection recordings of Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
