Firmware stuck on 1.3.11 but 1.4.4 is the newest

Model: Tapo C210

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.3.11

I've just bought two C210 camera.

One is ok, and the firmware has been updated from 1.3.11 to 1.4.4, and now i can set static ip address under "Advanced settings".

The other one is stuck on 1.3.11 and can't update it. If i go to "firmware update" it says that "firmware is updated".

I need the new firmware because i need to set static ip, and no, i don't want to reserve the ip address in the router.

The new firmware(1.4.4) of the Tapo C210 V2 has been fully released. We suggest referring to the following instructions to update the camera's firmware on the Tapo app if needed.
