C420 cuts off recording abruptly
Hello
I've had an incident where the camera (C420) starts briefly recording people loitering at the back of my house late at night and then cuts off just after 5 seconds. I have a Record Buffer of 10 seconds so it should've recorded at least 10 seconds theoretically speaking (actually with the recording of the people / motion, the clip should've been 15 seconds). The people in question came around in the corner and obviously saw the camera, which is why they hastily left but the recording got abruptly cut off (just when they were about to leave the view point of the camera) so I could not see more.
This has happened a few times (Where said recording gets cut off abruptly, less than the Record Buffer time) and usually only happens at night / when it's dark. I have another C420 connected to the same H200 hub. I have also changed the SD card of the H200 hub to use Sandisk's High Endurance MicroSD card (128GB) so I do not think it's a SD card issue.
Both cameras also have full signal (3 bars) to the hub, and the hub itself is connected via Ethernet to the local network at home.
I also reboot the hub daily. (Auto Reboot)
Is this a known issue? I checked my daylight recordings, and they seem to respect the 10 second Record Buffer rule.
