WIFI password incorrect
Hi, I am trying to set up the camera and being told that the WiFi password is incorrect when it definitely isn't. Could someone please assist?

What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
If the problem remains, please try to change the Wi-Fi password if there are special characters in it. You can also try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds, reconfigure the camera with a different phone, and check if it will work.
