Tapo D235 - Doorbell Mode - Spot light When Motion is detected?

Hi
D235- Night Mode settings > Doorbell Mode
When the doorbell is pressed it switches to colour and back to infrared.. But I have a question, in Doorbell mode, Should the light switch on (capture colour footage) if motion is detected and switch back to infared when there is no motion? Thanks

Hi,
As you can see on the Tapo D235's Device Settings page > Video & Display > Night Mode Settings page, if you select the Doorbell Mode, the spotlight on the doorbell will light up only when someone presses the doorbell rather than when a motion is detected.
If you want the doorbell to turn on the spotlight when it detects motion, it's recommended to start a new thread here for feature requests.
