It was the same for me today. The C410 started going offline, online, and offline for good now. I had the 1.0.21 firmware with no issues at all (on this side). After 1.0.23, this started to happen.
LE: Another thing, between these offline issues, the battery dropped a lot. From 100% (solar charging) to 97% in 2 minutes.

I have the exact same problem on two C410.
One has gone offline once I am not on the WIFI system with the TAPO APP.
Once I reach the home, it will connect (beats a bit the purpose).
Before the SW update, all was good.
Do you have the possibility to advise where do you wish for us to send the LOGs?

@Solla-topee I have the exact same issue.
I have 4x c410's. They updated last week and all show offline when I'm outside the LAN. They work when I am inside the LAN. This is very very frustrating as it worked perfectly for the 2 months since I installed it.
please fix this sw !!

@Clint000 I am experiencing the exact same problem since the FW update.
I also have 5 410 cameras. Some randomly go offline and then come back - repeatedly, and others I need to turn off, turn back on again. Very frustrating need to use ladders so frequently.
I have a full mesh Wifi system with wired backhaul, with cameras on the IOT network so minimal traffic. When I see the cameras on the network and associated router AP, they all have full strength.
