Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot the reported issue.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going Offline?

If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
1. The test results of the above tips.
2. Led status on the camera when it's offline.
3. The model number of your Wi-Fi router and your network topology, e.g. ISP Spectrum-Archer C7 router<Wireless> Tapo camera.
4. How often does the issue happen?
5. Do you have a problem even when you are on the same network as the camera?

Best Regards

  @Solla-topee

I have a similar issue. The day after the firmware update I can no longer access the cameras when not connected to WiFi. Everything was fine before FW update.

By that I mean that they appear offline when I access the app when not connected to their WiFi network i.e. outside the house

Reboot don’t do anything. After a few hours (cannot say exactly how many) the cams go offline. No message or alerts. Some stay online for a day, than suddenly goes offline. After a few hours OR >day they come online again.. Weird. I read the latest update info and there was a paragraph pointing at ‘better WLan connectivity and quality’ and so on… hmmmmzzz

This is same issue with our C425, but ours, after reboot will connect it back online, if there's a auto-reboot function it will be a big help.

Re:C410 goes Offline

  @Solla-topee I also have the same issue on all my 5 C410 cameras after the last fw update.

They go offline randomly, and sometimes they come back online. It is not an issue with the wifi signal level as they are located around the house at different places and were working fine before the fw update.

Please review the firmware update and give the possibility to roll it back whilst you fix the issue, otherwise there is no point in having these security cameras!

Thanks
