This is driving me mad. We have a D230 doorbell linked to a Tapo Hub. There is a "master" TPLink account set up under an email address "help@xyz" which until now we have both logged onto at the same time. In an effort to find where the problem lies, as of today, we have two further "user" TPLink accounts, one for me "mike@xyz" and one for my wife, let's call it "wife@xyz". Both of these now have the doorbell shared from the master account.

We both have iPhones, and both are set up to provide notifications for the Tapo app in the phone settings, and configured identically for notifications in the Tapo app itself under all three of these accounts.

When someone presses the doorbell, my wife receives a video call, whether her phone is logged in with the "help" email or the "wife" email. I do not, whether I am logged into the Tapo app using "mike" or "help". Even if we are both logged into the"help" account at the same time, only HER phone receives the video call. I do get both a "Time sensitive" Missed Doorbell Ring notification and a Smart Alarm notification that I have just set up. However both are silent and therefore useless unless I am already looking at my phone.

My phone consistently fails to provide a video call from the Tapo app for the doorbell, but does receive notifications about events from other items such as cameras.

My phone USED to video call me if I was logged into "help" until I set my wife's phone to receive video calls when she was logged not "help". Since then, my phone gets no calls or notifications and hers does.

i know what you're going to say... that it must be a setting in my phone which is somehow causing different behaviours but firstly, nothing changed in my phone when I set my wife's to receive video calls and having compared the two, THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE in the way the two phones are configured in the iOS settings or the Tapo app. The ONLY difference between the two is that hers is an iPhone 12 mini and mine is an iPhone 13 mini. Both have the same iOS version, 18.1.1.

What am I missing?
