New firmware update 2/01/2025
v1.2.3 241119 rel 41818n
only updated one of my cameras
the other two stayed on v1.2.2 240905 rel 41780n
please advise.

Hi,
Since the new firmware(v1.2.3) has not been fully released for the Tapo C120, it's normal that one of your cameras has not detected the new firmware.
It's recommended to wait patiently for the new firmware.

does this also apply for the C121? I have a C121 that is on 1.2.2 where 1.2.3 does not show as available as of yet.

Yes. The new firmware version(v1.2.3) of the Tapo C121 is also being released gradually now.
