Recording not saved in Tapo camera

Recording is not saved in camera, 32 GB SD card is inserted and can be seen in camera app.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. What's the model number and hardware version of your camera?
2. What's the model number and format of your SD card?
3. Please go to the Tapo app > Camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page and send us a picture of it, then send us a picture of the Local Storage page,
