No camera feed to Samsung Tv Smartthings
I have just purchased 4 x C425 cameras which work perfectly on my Samsung A12 mobile either on the Tapo app or the Samsung Smarthings app. However on my Samsung smart TV using the Smartthings app the cameras are listed but there is no video or audio from them..just the revolving buffering circle..Samsung tech support believe its a Tapo software issue that the video and audio is not recognised by the tv. Has anyone had this issue or know how I can get the cameras to work on the tv smartthings app?

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. Please send me(@Solla-topee) your Tapo C425's MAC address via a private message. You can take one of the Tapo C425 as an example.
2. Is the Samsung smart TV and the Samsung A12 connected to the same router's same Wi-Fi when you test?
3. Would you please send us a video showing the problem on your TV?

Hi please send me your email address so I can send the video and associated photos..the camera is on the same router network as my A12 Samsung phone and TV..
