It never works first time - I have to switch it on and off 10-20 times for the light to come on? 
 

The switch worked perfectly to start off with but randomly started being a pain. Switched it to a new one but the problem continued. 
 

It's controlling an LED light (LED status is ticked "on")

Do you control the switch with the physical button, Tapo app, or Alexa? When you try to turn on the switch, do you observe any unusual behavior? Or do the backend lights stay off until you toggle the switch 10-20 times? Does the LED indicator on the switch change normally?

 

Please reproduce the problem and record a video, share the video here or to me through private message. 

 

What's the rated power of the connected light? Please make sure it is within the support range of the HS220.
