Hi,

My router specs say it's 2.4 / 5 Ghz, will the Tapo C520ws work with this?

A search on the internet reveal contradicting answers, some say NO, some say YES.........

Anyone help us with this please

Hi,
The Tapo C520WS supports a 2.4G Wi-Fi network, if your router supports 2.4G Wi-Fi, usually, the camera can work with it. It's recommended to set different names for the 2.4G and 5G on your router for the camera to connect if possible.
