  @J_Leal

As of now (JAN 16th) the problem is still happening.

I have four cameras (two C100 and two C200) and since I first reported this issue, at least one of the cameras is offline during that day. As soon as I restart it, another one goes offline.

This is incredibly frustrating. I was thinking of buying four more cameras for my parents' place, but honestly I can no longer recomend this product after my experience.

UPDATE

Got this messagem from the tech team:

"Hi there,
Please stay tuned for the new firmware update, 1.4.1 for C200, and 1.4.0 for C100. Check if the camera can be more stable after updating. "

Since these firmware updates are not yet available, I can only determine if they will fix my problem after I'm able to access them.

Weirdly enough, this update has been available in one of my C200 cameras, and isn't available in the other. They are currently on the same firmware version.

But more importantly, this proves it's a problem on TP-Link's end and not my network. This information would have saved countless hours of troubleshooting, resetting and stressing out about something that was beyond my control. I expected more from TP-Link.

I Will update this thread once the firmware updates are available.

All cameras started working fine some 3 weeks ago, without any intervention by me.

I can now report that the problem is probably solved.

Given that I had four cameras with exactly the same problem, and they were connected to two different routers, and the poroblem solved itself without changing any router ou ISP settings, I can definitely assume it was a problem on TP-Link's end, despite them telling me otherwise.

This was similar to an automation issue I had with a motion sensor in the past, that corrected itself within a couple of weeks, with TP-Link never recognising there was a problem on their end.

I don't know if TP-Link is trying to save face in these kinds of issues, but personally, I think not admiting the problem on their end is ultimatelly worse, besides being extremelly frustrating.

I obviously won't be changing to another brand of cameras and throwing mine out, but I'm also definitely not buying another Tapo product ever again.
