Hi,

i have a TP-LINK tapo c320ws camera purchased in April this year. It was working fine until now..after updating to new firmware picture became dark.

At night i can't see anything, at daylight picture is darker than usual, i can hardly see anything.

I tried hard reseting camera and re-adding to Tapo app but it's not helping.. any help would be appreciated.

In this case, could you please send us the pictures of the camera's live view page at day and night time?

Hi,
1. On the camera's Live View page, please set the Video Mode to Auto. Then check if the image at night time will be normal or not. Usually, the nighttime image is in black & white color.

2. When you take a picture of the camera's live view page in daylight, is the ambient light bright enough?

It is set to Auto. It is bright enough outside.. picture was ok before firmware update..

Hi,
1. If the Video mode is set to Auto on the camera's Live View page, the camera will work in Night mode at night, and the camera's live view page won't be a black page.
If the camera's live view page is black all night, please change the Video mode on the live view page to Night mode and then check if the live view page will change.

2. Could you please provide us with a picture of the camera's live view page in daylight before the firmware upgrade?
