For the reported issue, please confirm the following information.
  1. Send us a picture of the Pan & Tilt Control automation entry.
  2. Does the automation entry not work at all?
  3. Can you Pan & Tilt the camera via the Tapo app properly on the camera's Live View > Pan & Tilt page?

In this case, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. Send me(@Solla-topee) the "C210-Inside" camera's MAC address via a private message.
 

2. Try to reproduce the issue, then send us the date, time, and time zone when the issue occurs again.
