Rv20 Mop
I am writing to report an issue with my robotic vacuum cleaner. While the device operates correctly during its cleaning cycles, it encounters a problem when it returns to the charging base.
Specifically, when the battery charge reaches 97%, the robot stops functioning and displays “Error 1: Battery Error.” This issue consistently occurs at the same charge level, preventing the vacuum from completing its charging process and being fully operational.
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this problem? If necessary, I am open to troubleshooting steps.
Thank you for your assistance.

It seems like this device can only be charged up to 97%, then the error prompts and that stops the charging process, is that correct? Will the robot vacuum continue to work when the battery level drops below 97%? Will the error disappear?

@Wayne-TP yes, return to work after a reset. But when arrive at 97% the error (error battery) return.
thanks

Did you reset or restart the vacuum? How did you do the "reset"?
Please provide the device Mac address of your RV20 Mop to me via private message, our team will help to take a look.
How to check robot vacuum's Mac address
1. Remove the water tank and check the label on the vacuum itself;
2. Enter Vacuums tab in the Tapo app, click Smart Cleaning, go to device's Settings page, tap the model to check device's info.
