Hi,

I have some problems with my new Tapo 325WB Cameras.

I need a total of 6 cameras, but only bought 1 to try it. I installed the first camera yesterday and have no problems with it. Today I went out to buy 5 more and I have installes 2 of them, however I faced some problems with these 2. When I am home and connected to my wifi, there are no problems whenever I open my Tapo app to stream my cameras. However, when I am not home and not connected to my own wifi, the stream freezes and lags. The first camera I installed works just fine, but the problem is only with the 2 new ones. They are mounted right next to each other if that makes a difference.

I have tried the compatible mode, I have tried to activate uPnP, I have tried to change the quality from 2K to 720p, but nothing helps.

I don't want to open and install the rest of the cameras if I am not avle to fix this problem.

Any suggestions?

Hi,
1. On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please tap the Wi-Fi icon and you will see the RSSI value. What's the RSSI value of the working camera and the other two cameras?

2. If you connect a camera to the router by an ethernet cable, does the problem remain?

3. Can you share a video showing the reported issue?

Best Regards
