Model: Tapo L510E
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.1.9

Trying to create a Shortcut for my Tapo lightbulb L510E. Followed the guide in FAQs. I go to add the action "Turn on/off a device" however there are no devices to choose from.

Please ensure that you can use Tapo app to control the smart bulb properly, whether your phone is connected to the local network or using a remote network (such as mobile data). Test whether you can turn the bulb on and off, and adjust the brightness and color through the Tapo app.

Make sure device's firmware and Tapo app are both updated. How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App

Is your TP-Link account the owner of this smart bulb? Is this L510E available as an action device if you create an automation?
