Would it be possible to implement a toggle for the activation of skills that allows on and off to be pressed with the same button or activation.

My issue:

I have numerous S200D buttons which turn on and off lights on the tap and double tap. I've bought a few more to use as manual back ups for people unaccustomed to my smart home setup.

The issue arises because the E14 SES bulbs in my main lights are not made by Tapo. Tapo don't make these bulbs. The bulbs that are in there use the smart life app. I figured that I'd just have to automate them in Alexa, however, the ability to toggle the same button for on and off isn't available. I read that it's part of the Alexa skill.

Can this be implemented please?
