Hello

I'm trying to answer a doorbell alert from TD21 on an Echo Show 8.  The video appears on the show but there is no icon to answer or communicate with the bell? 

I have done the following:

Checked all firmware is up to date on both the Bell and the Echo Show

Unlinked and relinked Tapo to Alexa

Rebooted the doorbell 

Reset the doorbell and setup again.

deleted the Tapo and Alexa apps and re-installed again

Still no luck.

I do get the mic and the speaker icons in the alexa app.

Any help would be much appreciated.
