Request: allow fine tuning from white spectrum in the "Pick a White" preset function 

Issue: the "Pick a White" setting for presets limits choice to 8 options from Kelvin spectrum (2500K, 2700K, 4000K, etc.), whereas real time adjustments to bulb white color temperature allow fine tuning from Kelvin spectrum (ie. can set bulb to 3108K, 4320K, etc.) using sliding scale

Additional: Please consider allowing the ability to finely tune bulb color temperature when setting up presets. I can't utilize the preset or schedule functions in the app because I want all my bulbs set to 3100K. I'm constantly setting up schedules for bulbs to come on, just to have to load up the app and navigate to the white adjustment scale to set each individual bulb to 3100K because I can't set a 3100K preset. I have 16 Kasa bulbs in my house so it's become quite a chore. 

It would be amazing if the same Kelvin temperature scale in the manual bulb adjustment function of the app was also available in the preset function so I don't have to constantly adjust each individual bulb.
