My camera is getting disconnected from wifi while it's tilting on right of its position and its blinking with red light. How can I solve this problem? Wifi signal is in good strength.

I've got a C500 V.1 outdoor camera that is doing exactly this. When I am panning right the camera loses connectivity also. I'm on the latest software.

Hi,
Please check if you are powering the camera with the original power adapter and power cord. If not, please connect the camera to the original power adapter and cord for a try.

nothing yet. I've just re-connected to a different plug in box to see if that makes a difference. It's only been a few hours so too early to tell. I read that under-voltage/fluctuating power could cause issues.

Hi,
Please try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, move it close to the camera, factory reset the camera, reconfigure it with another phone, connect it to hotspot Wi-Fi, and check if the camera will work fine.
If the problem remains, please send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of the camera via a private message.
