KE100 does not have such modes.

Different brands design their product features differently. Generally, if a brand has released a particular category of devices, the features and UI design for those products in their app are primarily based on their own products. Complete compatibility cannot be guaranteed when a third-party device is linked to their system. 

For example in this case, as KE100 does not have a heat mode function or attribute, this parameter will not change automatically in the Google Home app. From what i understand, the Heat mode option is actually an ON/OFF button instead. Conversely, KE100's smart control feature is not available in the Google Home app either.
