C320WS Geofencing not working
C320WS Geofencing not working
Hi
I followed this link to activate coming/leaving home with geofencing

but this does not work constantly. radius is set to 100m.
yesterday it worked when coming home, privacy mode was set to on, this morning when leaving I checked at the office which is 20km distance it did not work.
Seems to be random.
C320ws is connected via ethernet cable.
are there any recomendations?

App information may sometimes fail to update automatically due to network or cache issues. It's better to reload the app regularly to ensure all information is updated.
Have you tried to increase the radius? Wider range might be helpful.

yes when opening the app it takes some time to sync/load that actual status.
I now changed radius to 200m, that helped

Since 15. Dezember all Automatisation with Geofencing stopped working.
Coming Home / Leaving Home automatisation does not work anymore.
I haven't changed anything in the app..
was there an app update ?
