Hi,
The flashing slowly red light on the Tapo C310 means the camera is connecting to the Wi-Fi rather than connected, so you can't see the Tapo C310 on the router's page.
You can check if the following steps help:
1) Ensure your router's 2.4G Wi-Fi is working, set the Wi-Fi channel between 1-11, and set the security type to WPA2-PSK.
2) Factory reset the camera, and wait for the LED to turn flashing red and green.
3) Reconfigure the camera and check if it will reconnect to the router's Wi-Fi successfully.
Best Regards

@Solla-topee I've tried steps 1-2 for both C310 camera and TC60 camera which has same problem. WiFi security type is WPA2-PSK (AES); no simpler security type of WPA2-PSK. I don't understand step 3 i.e. how do I reconfigure camera. Still Red flashing slowly and no Green flashing.

Hi,
If the LED is flashing red slowly rather than flashing red and green after a factory reset, it means you have not reset the camera successfully.
Please press the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset the camera, and check the LED status on it.
If the camera does not respond to the reset operation, please refer to Case 3 in the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What to do if my Tapo Camera gets bricked after a firmware update?
