I bought the camera an hour ago and set it up. There were no issues at first. However after performing a firmware update, I now have an extremely loud continuous echo that increases in volume and never stops.The sound software was clearly modified in the last update. I will return it and buy a different brand.

It is definitely caused by the software update

@onurex The microphone sensitivity may have been increased with the software uptade which is why even from 7 meters away in the room the sound repeats unbearably hundreds of times ıt's very diasppointing for a camera I just bought.

I will exchange the camera at the store and get an older version that hasn't been updated

In this case, would you please send us a video showing the reported issue and tell me how you recorded the video if you still have the camera? We will analyze it and try to solve the issue.
