Share Camera with cloud recording
to cloud recording and shared my C100 camera with two people, but neither of them can access the cloud recordings; they can only access local recordings. Is there any way to allow them to view cloud recordings? When someone is trying to access cloud recordings it says that no recording is available.

Hi,
Currently, the shared account has the authority to access the camera's Live View, Talk, Voice Call, Pan/Tilt Control features, and the SD card video recordings, but it cannot change the camera's other settings and view the camera's cloud video clips.
For the feature request to allow the shared account to be able to access the cloud video recordings, I'll log it and forward it to the relevant team for evaluation.

@Solla-topee It would be great if I could also control what others can do with the camera, like a permission dashboard with options. For example, I could allow user1 to talk using the camera, while user2 can only view. It would also be fantastic to have options to grant specific access, such as the ability to change camera settings, enable/disable privacy mode, and view cloud and local recordings. I prefer not to use shared accounts.
