Description

The Robot Vacuum stops working with red blinking LED and voice announcement/buzzer, and the Tapo App reports the error massage "Suction Fan Error" or "Suction Fan is Stuck".

 

 

 

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Reduce the vacuum power.

 

2. Manually reboot the robot vacuum with its side ON/OFF button. 

 

 

◆ If the problem persists, contact local TP-Link support for device maintenance or proceed with the warranty.
