C520WS camera (JP version, firmware 1.2.8) sends alarms even when Alarm is set to OFF
As indicated in the title, the only way to prevent the camera from activating the alarm (light and sound) is to set Privacy Mode to ON. I installed this camera a week ago, and it was working normally. Why is it suddenly activating the alarm even when the Alarm is set to OFF? I want to be able to see what happens in that room without activating the alarm.
Thanks

If you regularly use the camera's Home/Away mode feature, please check whether enabling either mode has caused the camera alarm to reactivate. This feature allows you to set two completely different detection settings for the camera. How to edit Home and Away Mode for Tapo Cameras on the Tapo app
Has your TP-Link account been shared with anyone else or logged in on other devices? It might be worth checking if someone else accidentally triggered the alarm.
Additionally, when you turn off the camera alarm, it may not save successfully due to network issues. We recommend that next time you disable this feature, walk in front of the camera to confirm that it has been turned off.
Keep in mind that the Alarm option on the camera’s live view page also controls the alarm switch. Consider whether there might have been any accidental touches.

Thank you for your reply.
No, I'm not using the Home/Away mode feature. In any case, I was able to fix this issue after resetting the camera.
