Hi recently purchased a D210 doorbell cam and had connected it to my old WiFi network which was not working due to a WiFi issue ( no fault with the cam ) 

 

we had sent it up and it has since ran out of battery. I didn't plug it back in until we had our new WiFi set up. Now that I'm trying to charge it and reset it, the light on the front is only flashing red and will not respond to a hard reset. 
 

anyone else had this problem?

  • Check whether you use the correct button to reset the device. 
  • Remove SD card if there is one, then perform reset again.
