KD110 showed as offline in KASA APP
My KD110 doorbell worked fine for over a year.
From two days ago it is showing as offline in the KASA App when I am out with my cell phone connected to the cellular netowrk. However, notifications are still received from the device...
When I am at home, connected to the home wifi, KD110 is online and works ok.
Will appriciate advises on how I can solve this... this is a basic feature.

Thanks for the reply @Wayne-TP, tried all this. Control through the app works perfect when I am at home connected to the Wifi which means that KD110 is connected property to the network with no alerts. It seems that it is working only in local mode where it is accessible through wifi. When I am out, using the app through the cellular network the device is not reachable. Any idea?

What's the model of your router? If you own a big network, please share your network topology here with a simply drawing or describe it as clearly as possible.
Have you adjusted router DNS settings? Have you set any access control rules for the network devices? For example, parental control, blacklist, whitelist, etc.

Hi @Wayne-TP, my KD110 device firmware version is 2.3.26,according to the KASA app it is up to date.
My home router is SAGEMCOM CS50001, nothing was changed in its configuration in the past week where the problem started.
Another thing I noticed is that if I leave home when the app is open and the KD110 stream is active then it will remain active also while I am out.... It only showed as offline when I open the app when connected to the cellular network.
