Tapo T315 temperature sensor can't integrate with Alexa
Hello.
I can't create an Alexa automation for this device (T315).
On my iPhone I go to:
Alexa > More > Routines > + > When > Smart Home > ...
but in this "Choose Device" list can't find T315 sensor
In my Tapo app, appears correctly and I can automate it there.
This guy here says he did it for the temperature but not for the humidity, but the thread is locked to ask how he did it. I don't mind for humidity.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Thanks for your reply.
Let's hope in a future version Η/W οr S/W this function will be available.
I need to know when my old mom's home gets too cold/hot in orrder to take appropriate actions.
So far the excellent Tapo app's smart automations/notifications covers me partially.
But allow me to say the notification sound from Tapo app in my iPhone sounds very low and I can easily miss it.
Can't find a way to adjust the volume.
Alexa speaks loudly and always calls for immediate action.

@Triron yes, you can set the tapo temperature sensor as a trigger in an Alexa routine. All you have to do is open the tapo h100 hub on the tapo app (on your phone), click settings (upper right), then click "bind to matter" and follow the instructions. Also, make sure you have the latest hub firmware. It'll work like a charm.

Unbelievable! Yes works indeed!
After getting H100/H200 code from its Settings > Bind to Matter (as you suggested),
In Alexa app > Add device > Other > Matter > enter code,
Then T315 is available in Alexa's Smart Home routine.
Thanks a lot!
PS:
Let's hope Tapo team will implement Energy level as a trigger for P110 plugs as well.
