Geocalisation
Bonjour
Depuis 2 jours la fonction geocalisation ne fonctionne plus dans les fonctions intelligentes pour nos 3 telephones.
Savez vous pourquoi?

Hi,
Typically, you can refer to the steps below to troubleshoot if the Geofencing Smart Action is not working.
1. Enabled location permission on Phone/ Tablet.
2. Enable always allow location permission for the Tapo App.
3. Enable the Geofencing function in Tapo App > Me > Tapo Lab.
4. Enable "This Phone/Tablet" in the Smart action rule.
5. Enter the map of the "Choose Location" page, and correct the map coordinates and the Effective Radius.
6. Ensure your actual location is precise on the map.
7. Ensure you have arrived/left the virtual boundary to trigger the Geofencing smart action.
If the problem remains, please confirm:
1) Send me the pictures of the related smart action entries.
2) How do you test if the smart action entries do not work?

Tout ce que vous avez demandé sont ok
Les actions utilisant la geocalisation sont utilisés depuis qu on peut le faire.
Je m en sert pour désactiver les caméras intérieures. J ai vu la problème car elles ne se désactive plus.
J ai ajouté une notification qui ne se déclenche pas non plus.
J ai le même problème avec mon autre téléphone du travail, cela ne fonctionne plus non plus.
Je joins des impressions écran.

Check if your phone has installed firewall, VPN, or antivirus apps and if they are enabled. If so, disable or uninstall them for a try.

Aucune application de ce genre sur les 3 téléphones car pour celui de ma femme c est pareil.
Nous sommes sur 3 opérateurs différents.

Hi,
Please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. On the Tapo app > Smart tab > click on the Page icon at the top right corner and you will see the Automation entries execution history, can you see the execution history related to the Geofencing automation entry?
If so, please send us a picture of it.
2. You can refer to the link to download the Tapo debug app. Then follow the steps below to export the log using the debug app.
1) Install the debug app(Tapo Trial App) on your phone, and try to reproduce the problem.
2) After the problem is reproduced, go to APP > Me > About page, click the Tapo icon 10 times on the About page (if it requests storage permission, please agree, so that the log can be saved to local storage on the phone), and the log will be imported to the mobile phone directory-TPLINK folder.
3) Click the Share button to send us the files. You can send the log file to our tech support via email, and then please send me(@Solla-topee) your email address via a private message.
3. Send us the date, time, and time zone when you reproduce the problem.

Je vous répond que maintenant car impossible d'installer l application sur mon téléphone.
J ai réussi à l installer sur celui de ma femme et cela a résolu le problème sur le sien. Maintenant cela marche bien pour elle.
Me concernant cela ne fonctionne pas.
Est ce une piste pour le problème ?

Hi,
The Tapo debug app version is 3.3.512. If you have an Android phone, please go to the Tapo app > Me > About page to check your Tapo app version.
If your Tapo app version is newer than the debug app, please uninstall it on your phone, then install the debug app and check if the automation feature works fine.

I allow myself to answer because I too have problems with geolocalisation. Once it works, once it doesn't.
Je me permets de repondre car moi aussi j'ai des problemes avec la feolocalisation. Une fois ça fonctionne, une fois ça ne fonctionne pas.

Question to TP Link : Can you tell us about the problems you are facing in staying in Beta? Is it precisely random operating problems?

Generally, a Beta feature means that this feature may change/be removed in the future or may still have bugs or unexpected behavior. We welcome your feedback on issues related to this feature, and we will actively improve this feature to provide a better user experience.
The purpose of the Debug app is to collect app logs when problems occur for further analysis, not to make you be a beta tester.
