Tapo C720 and Tapo D230 go offline when away from home
Both the C720 Floodlight Camera and the D230 Doorbell Camera work fine from my home, and I can access and operate them with no problems with the Tapo App on my mobile phone. They are all connect via Wi-Fi and the signal is strong.
However, when I travel to another person's home, a club or airport and connect my phone to their Wi-Fi to view camera footage at my home, it does not work and the cameras will go offline. Connecting through Mobile Data away from home does the same thing: the Tapo devices go offline. When I arrive back at my house, the C720 is showing an amber LED. I have to reboot the cameras to get them to work again.
Why are these cameras going offline when away from my home?

I finally got it all to work, but it took some research with settings on my phone and the RSSI on the H200 Hub and D230 Doorbell. The doorbell and hub were showing well below -70 dBm RSSI.
I had the H200 Hub in my home study which is quite some distance from my front door where the D230 is fixed with brick walls in the way. The Wi-Fi signal was weak there. I had an old Ethernet cable running through the house from my study to the front door area unused for years, so I moved the H200 down to the front door area and plugged the Ethernet in and the other end into my study modem. The H200 Hub is now about 5 metres from the doorbell, and the RSSI has jumped up to about -30 dBm on both devices.
The C720 Floodlight Camera is working fine also now. I had the wrong setting in my mobile phone. It was LTE for the mobile networks and should have been WCDMA (It's an old phone). From a remote location in another town yesterday, I had no problem connect via Wi-Fi or Mobile Data to the Tapo cameras in my home and could monitor them with full control.
